Clericot or fruity wine spritzer

You’ll see clericot or tinto de verano in the drink menu in many restaurants in México. Even though it’s not a traditional Mexican recipe, we drink it a lot. If you want to mix it up use white wine or rose. Use another fruit or combination of fruits depending on the season or the wine you use.
