台式蘿蔔糕 DIY Taiwanese Style Fried Radish Cakes
粉漿麵糊:在來米漿1份
Flour batter: 1 part rice milk
材料
蘿蔔絲250公克、開水300㏄、油蔥酥 15公克、沙拉油 2大匙
Ingredients:
250 grams of grated radish, 300 cc's of water, 15 grams of fried onion crisps, and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
作法
1. 取鍋加入蘿蔔絲、油蔥酥、開水煮滾。
2. 將作法1倒入在來米漿中拌勻,再倒入抹上沙拉油的鋁箔盒中抹平。
3. 將作法2放入電鍋中,外鍋放入四杯水,蒸至開關跳起即可。
4. 將蘿蔔糕取出後切片,熱鍋倒入少許油,放入蘿蔔糕片,煎至兩面上色即可。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Put the grated radish, fried onion crisps, and water into a pan and bring to a boil.
2. Pour in the rice milk from step 1 and mix well, then pour in into the tins pre-greased with cooking oil, smooth out the mixture.
3. Take step 2 and place into a electric rice cooker, put four cups of water into the outer pot of an electric rice cooker and set the switch to steam. The cake is ready when the switch trips.
4. Remove the radish cake and cut into slices. Pour a little oil into a hot pan, place the radish cake slices into the pan, fry until both sides are browned.

在來米粉130公克、日本太白粉 20公克、水 150㏄
Ingredients:
130 grams of rice flour, 20 grams of Japanese corn starch, 150 cc's of water
調味料:
鹽1茶匙、細糖 1茶匙、白胡椒粉1/2茶匙
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
作法:
將所有材料與調味料拌勻,即為在來米漿。
Preparation Instructions:
Put all the ingredients and seasonings together, mix evenly to make the rice milk.
