Why I STOPPED Trading These Time Frames #forex #stocks

I've tested out many trading time frames over the past few years and came to a conclusion. The best time frame for trading is the one that gives you the least stress and more profit and they are the higher trading time frames. Lots of beginners in forex and stocks like to trade the small time frames because it gives them a lot of trading signals but then it also gives you a lot of stress. The small time frames are also very noisy and the trading signals in the smaller time frames are also not that good. So the best time frame for trading is definitely the higher time frames. Even if you're a day trader, you should be trading the hourly time frames rather than the small time frames which can get chaotic
