This is real Indian street food! Our local host Arshdeep (Miss Canada Globe winner 2019) brings Riley (of Techlinked) to try authentic Indian street food (chaat, or snack food, to be precise - including papdi chaat and dahl), and then gets free food (really!) at a gurdwara - it's a charitable tradition of Sikhism called langar to offer free food at each Sikh temple. All this Indian food comes from Surrey, BC, a suburb of Vancouver, Canada with a large Indo-Canadian population.
