Webb Telescope Captured Some Unusual Rings

A beautiful image from the Webb telescope shows rings of hydrogen gas and dust that has erupted from the larger star in this binary system each time it passes close by its companion. Surrounded by the gaseous rings is a Wolf-Rayet star known as WR140.
