ALL 10 Dragon Types in the Wizarding World - Harry Potter Explained

Hey guys! Welcome to another installment of Harry Potter Theory. In this video, we’ll be discussing all 10 of the different types of Dragons that were either shown, discussed, or mentioned in the Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts films/books.

As we know, Dragons are giant, winged fire breathing beasts that incite fear in the hearts of even the bravest witches and wizards. They bear the potential to be extremely destructive, and they are even classified as category XXXXX by the Ministry of magic.

However, they're also a gravely important aspect of the series - The Hogwart's motto is even based around dragons! 'Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus’ literally translates to ‘never tickle a sleeping dragon’.
