2 DIY VALENTINES DAY FARMHOUSE DECOR - Hearts & Garland (80)

In this video I demonstrate how to make no sew, stuffed, fabric hearts. I show several ideas for inexpensive options for fabrics that you can purchase or may have around your home. Tea towels, burlap, shop towels, drop cloths and denim jeans make great options for a rustic, farmhouse texture and style. I show how to use a pattern from various heart shaped pieces such as candy boxes and can also use heart shaped cookie cutters and cake pans. I hot glue the hearts together then stuff each one using the filling from an old pillow I repurposed. I then embellish each one using fabric patches, Dollar Tree ribbons, buttons, twine and ribbons. For the second DIY, I take the scrap fabric I had left over and demonstrate how to make a fabric, rustic, farmhouse garland themed with lots of Valentine colors. This garland can be made as short or long as you desire. The 4x5 drop cloth I used in this video came from Lowes.
