In this Video (Part 1) you will see what to expect when you are measuring Voltage on the Prius, Camry or Lexus Hybrid Battery Module with the Voltmeter. You will see what Open Circuit Voltage and Closed Circuit Voltage measurements are. You will see how individual module behaves under the load in a simple test. You will see how voltage goes up again quickly when the load is removed. You will get the idea why knowing the Voltage on the battery terminals is not good enough for successful battery repair.

you will see the comparative load test on the twenty Prius modules conducted simultaneously on the 20-channel High Voltage Battery Analyser. You will see how that battery pack which showed Voltages on all modules well above 7.2V at the beginning of the test was performing under the load.

In the Part 3 you will see how that pack of 20 Prius battery modules was balanced and charged one day prior to the comparative load test.
