He seemed to buy, hook line & sinker, everything the ESA said about source code and schematics being the same. He misunderstood the issue, and took the ESA at face value when they said repair people want access to source code, and dismissed the bill entirely. https://msa.maryland.gov/msa/mdmanual/06hse/html/msa15455.html If you are his constituent in Maryland, let him know your thoughts.

There is this concept in my comments section that Democrats will always be for the bill, and Republicans always be against the bill, yet we got far more of a fair shake from Seth Howard than we did from CT Wilson. At the end of the day, party affiliation doesn't matter. What matters is whether they are open minded, ask good questions, and listen to what we have to say.
