Last Week I spent over 20 hours on skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to film the cleanup of the homeless encampments they cleaned up the major streets but as soon as The sanitation crew leaves the homeless people move right back into their old space The Los Angeles police department does not enforce the new camping rules on city sidewalks
