Locations:
1) One is parked near 8-Ball's bomb shop in Harwood, Portland.
2) One is parked near the north-west side of the Liberty City Sawmill in Trenton, Portland.
3) It can be obtained from the Import/Export garage in Portland Harbor, after delivering all vehicles on the list.
4) It is sometimes parked outside Capital Autos in Harwood, Portland. (The Definitive Edition only).
5) It is usually found in traffic in Portland, although it can also be found in Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale at times.
