Making Mike is one man's story of tragedy, trauma and transformation. After witnessing the brutal murder of his uncle and death of his father, Michael Ruder strives to make sense of his life-long struggle with addiction and mental illness.

Michael finds his uncle murder and watches as his dad slowly dies from cancer. Shortly after three of his four grandparents die and he is left to work with the FBI and United States Attorney to solve the murder of his uncle, Wayne Ruder.

Michael then tries to find himself as he struggles with addiction and mental illness from the Trauma and sufferings endured.
