Aging Is Beautiful No Matter What It Looks Like

Nobody determines what your time looks like other than you. Your body doesn’t have a clock inside of it and all of a sudden when the time rings things start happening. Your body never attacks you or is ever against you. Healing isn’t slower as we age compared to youth and there is NO process in your body that is a pathology. Not one.

Knowing that universal truth, how will you live? What will you do to prepare for life? What life will you experience? How will you listen to your body as a guide on how you’re supposed to live? How will your mind come along? Who will join you?

Your life. Your body. Healing is always on. No exceptions. Aging is certain, time passing, more experience. Decline or ascend with age is the story. How will yours be written? Why? For who?
