Project Ghost Nets Malta, a collaborative effort involving Healthy Seas, Żibel, and Ghost Diving, has successfully concluded. The project focused on removing ghost nets from the sea, emphasizing teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to a cleaner marine environment. They recovered 16 Gill Nets, 23 Abandoned Cages, and over two tons of various waste materials from the water. While these numbers indicate significant progress, they also highlight the ongoing pollution in our seas. The project extends its gratitude to volunteers, partners, and supporters who share their vision and have made a positive impact on the future of our oceans.
