Interview: Scott Gorham on the death of Phil Lynott (Interview December 2015)

In January 2016 I hosted a tribute week at the rock bar Zeppelin in central Copenhagen honoring the memory of Thin Lizzy founder, singer, bass player and songwriter Philip Parris Lynott who sadly passed away January 4th 1986 - 30 years earlier.

The Lynott Tribute Week contained interviews, talks and presentations, concerts, documentarys, quizz night, DJ'ing and a lot of other things. Amongst others this interview with Scott Gorham, one of the original Thin Lizzy guitar players.

This interview premiered on the night of January 4th 2016.

A month earlier, December 2015, the Thin Lizzy offspring Black Star Riders was in town, and I did an interview with Scott Gorham. We talked about Lynotts death, his persona, his way of inspiring people - and what became of his daughters Sarah and Cathleen of whom he wrote fine songs.
