Bugs: Black Mirror disappearing - Rainbow Six Siege

So my Black Mirror just suddenly disappeared at 0:33. It did not only eject, but the full frame just blew(?) away. I've no idea why this happend, but I noticed it was in sync with the Thermite charge. I also noticed that the Bandit battery animation continued through the mirror.
