Hyrule History Book is a series that examines one specific part of Legend of Zelda lore and mythology, and discusses and examines it. Today we are looking at the Hyrulean Civil War, also known as the Hylian Civil War. It is a war which takes place prior to the events of Ocarina of Time, the first 3D game in the Legend of Zelda series. It brings to mind other wars, such as the Interloper War and the Imprisoning War, from games such as Twilight Princess and A Link to the Past. However it is not the same war, and we deal with that in this video. The Civil War involves characters such as Ganondorf, King Hyrule, Zelda, and Impa, and we go over all it and more.
