Speed Test: Word vs Pages vs iA Writer vs Highland 2

When working with a large plain-text document -- in this case, Tolstoy's WAR AND PEACE -- which writing app opens the file fastest?

I've written two novels in Highland 2, so I was pretty sure it would do well, but I was surprised by the final results.
