How to Get Baby Soft Hands Easily at Home | Get rid of suntan & Dark Hands | Mamtha Nair

Hi Guys today I am going to share with you all a simple remedy to get baby soft hands easily at home using just 4 simple steps. So lets jump straight into step 1 which is Deep cleansing.
Ingredients
Hand Wash - 4 pumps
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 Capful
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
So first and foremost fill a bowl with normal tap water and add any hand wash of your choice. I am going to take my all time favourite hand wash from pears. It is a very gentle hand wash and smells amazing. So add around 4 pumps to the bowl of water. Now take apple cider vinegar and add 2 capful of it as well. Last but not least add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt into it. Now mix everything with your hands to create some bubbles and wash your hands well with it. Gentle massage your hands as shown in the video.
Now lets move on to the next step which is to apply a brightening hand mask. For this you will need.
Besan / Chickpea Flour - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - 2 or 3 pinch not more than that or your hands will stain and
Rose Water - 2 -3 teaspoons according to the consistency.
Mix everything into a smooth paste as shown in the video. Besan is a natural cleanser and it is really useful as a tan removal agent when applied to skin. It also helps in eliminating wrinkles on your hands and gives an instant radiant glow. Apply the hand mask all over your hands and let it sit for 5 - 10 mins. Turmeric has anti bacterial properties which helps to heal damaged skin and it also improves uneven skin tone. Turmeric is very good in removing suntan from your hands thus making your hands brighter and fairer. Rose water helps to slow down aging and will keep your hands wrinkle free. Rose water refreshes your skin and will make your skin glow from within.
Let the hand mask sit for 5 - 10 mins. You don’t have to wait until it dries. After 10 mins just rinse it of with normal tap water. This mask is amazing in making your hands smooth, brighter and radiant. Your hands will smell awesome after using this mask.
Now lets move on to the last step which is moisturising. For this you will need
Aloe vera gel - 2 Teaspoon You can even use pure aloe vera gel
vitamin E capsule - 2
Take a clean bowl and add around 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel and cut open 2 vitamin E capsules and add it into the bowl as well. Mix everything very well. It will turn into a milky gel formula. You can store this into a clean container. Apply this whenever your hands feel dry. You can also Carry it in your purse where ever you go. This DIY hand cream will moisturise your hands and will give you that radiant smooth glowing texture to your hands. It can also help reduce suntan and the appearance of scars of your hands.
