⏰ 5 Minutes to Strengthen & Tone Your Lower Abs & Legs

🎯 This quick 5-minute workout is designed to target your lower abdominal muscles, legs and more all while entirely seated in a chair!

🔥 Benefits of this lower ab workout:
* Targets lower abdominal muscles
* Burns belly fat
* Strengthens core
* Improves posture
* No equipment needed

Do this routine 3-4 times a week for best results! Remember to warm up before and cool down after.

🔥 Tips:
* Move slow and controlled with core stability.
* Don’t forget to exhale on the exertion as you draw your abs in.
* Focus on quality over quantity
* Gradually increase your range of motion
* Squeeze your abs and thighs as you move through each exercise.
* Be sure to make sure you keep drawing your navel back towards your spine (while still breathing) to make sure to activate those deep core muscles!
