--This is actual footage of my first ever call on a cell phone. My husband, being the early adopter that he is, gifted me a cell phone for Christmas and couldn’t wait for me to make my first call. As soon as I put it up to my head, I felt like I was being zapped with energy and my hand started to tingle with shots of pain!

I figured everyone could feel this and wondered why and HOW they could be on their phones so much! But over the years I started to realize that not everyone has the “magical power” to know when a phone is on or when there’s WiFi close by. Finally, 10 years later I got in touch with EMF expert George Carlo who broke the news that I did not in fact have magical powers but rather suffered from EMF sensitivity.

In today’s world packed full of smart devices, 5G towers and WiFi coverage, I’ve had to accommodate my lifestyle to avoid the headaches, anxiety, pain heart palpitations, and insomnia that come with my EMF sensitivity.

While it can be hard to manage, I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a “canary in the coal mine” and educate people around the real dangers of EMF. Because like most toxins, just because you can’t feel them immediately, doesn’t mean they aren’t affecting you.
