Budget Fine Tooth Ratchets - Are they worth it? Used review of the Daytona 108T D12RH ratchet

If you've never used a fine tooth ratchet, they are fantastic. Especially if you do a lot of mechanical work in tight spaces. It can be a real frustration if you are trying to get a nut undone in a tight engine bay and the ratchet just won't grab that next tooth.
The Daytona 108T series of ratchets are labelled as 'professional' but how good a quality are they? Can a professional live with one of these cheap rachets?
