Well diet and nutrition, how do you improve your egg quality? Again there are lots of influences on us and you know lot of satellite influences.Lot of other uncontrollable influences in our day-to-day lives which we are unable to you know take control. They are not in our hands.The only thing that is in our hand is our body of course not the biological clock. But what we eat how we take care of ourselves this is all in our hands. So diet plays number one role in maintaining your quality of the eggs. Again there is no specific diet that you have to follow on it's a healthy diet where then you can take a formal help from your nutritionist who will help you through the process. So in the first half of the cycle there's a certain kind of a diet will help you and in the second half of your cycle there's again a certain high protein diet that helps you through the process of your you know your regular day-to-day. But in general you can just focus on good high protein diet and a good exercise. Now people think that you know you should stop exercising just before planning pregnancy or when I just get pregnant you should stop exercising. Well that's a no.You continue your exercise you continue basic exercise nothing like jumping or you know those kind of exercises. But walking is one thing you can continue pre-pregnancy, through the pregnancy and even after pregnancy. So we want you to be consistent with any one kind of a exercise and 5 days a week of exercise 8 hours of good sleep, eating healthy with a high protein diet and happy thoughts. I think this itself will control the quality of the eggs. This is what you can do in your hands.
