FAQ:

Q: WHAT IS A FULL CASELOAD?

A: A full caseload, to be considered full-time, would be to see a minimum of 27 clients per week. Therefore, you are encouraged to have 35 hours open a week for scheduling clients, 2 hours for staff meeting and 1 hour for supervision (if necessary).

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A CASELOAD?

A: This process can take up to 3 months

Q: HOW LONG HAS LIGHTHOUSE COUNSELING SERVICES BEEN IN BUSINESS?

A: 12 years!
