Will it start? I try to get my families old 1969 Ford Running. Pt. 1

My Grandpa Steve Nichols bought this truck brand new from the dealer. He died 3 years before I was born and then it became my Grandma Annamae's. When she passed on it became my mom's and for a short time from when I was 16-18 it was in my Dad's name so I could get it insured. Finally it became mine at 18 and I drove it quite a bit from 16 to 21 years old. It then sat for about 10 years at my mom's in Washington State.

In 1998 the old 360FE was blowing purple smoke and it didn’t run very well. My step dad drug home a big ugly Fairlane station wagon with a supposedly rebuilt 390 in it and swapped that into it and at the same time he had the C6 rebuilt.

In 2014 I was going through a divorce and that Christmas I decided to go on a death wish drive trying to get it running while driving it back to my house here in North Dakota. At that time the carburetor was rebuilt and I installed a new battery, starter, plugs, rotor, points, cap, wires and topped off the break fluid. I almost froze to death sleeping in the Napa Autoparts parking lot in Butte, Mt. after a mishap with the plug wires but I figured it out and made it safely back to ND. I drove it around here for about 6 months until it started starving for fuel. I believe the fuel tanks have rust in them and driving it around knocked the rust loose causing the fuel lines to plug up.

Now that the Oil Fields have slowed down some I have some time to tinker on stuff around the house. In this video I see if it will even start. There will be more follow up videos on this pickup as time goes on. Thanks for your time.
