Lisbon had been under a fine misty rain for several days. The riverside can be very mystical in this type of weather. Despite the thin rain, I felt it was the right time to go to the Belém area, and take another Zen Winter Walk.
Enjoy a soothing and peaceful walk along the Tejo riverside, starting at the Electricity Museum and ending directly beneath the iconic red Lisbon bridge: Ponte 25 de Abril. This virtual walking tour gives you the opportunity to admire the impressive structure from very close. You'll also be able to take in the futuristic design of the MAAT Museum, following its curved roof from above and below - it's quite an experience!
You'll also be able to feel the river very close to you: there weren't many people around, and the 3D audio will bring the water splashes on the shore right to your ears. Enjoy the serenity and beauty of a calm Lisbon riverside.
