1. We used this moringa leaf in daily basis as food..
2. Lot of health benefits in this leaf its support good hair growth and glowing skin.
Contain...lot of vitamins vitamin A,B, C, E, B vitamins
3. Minerals iron, calcium, sodium, copper, zinc, etc...
4.Essential amino acids

I am used this leaf daily in my food every day this helps my hair strong and healthy

In kerala rainy season not use moringa leaf so thats i am not showing this routine

Then how to use moringa leaf in hair care...

Take some leaf grind well and squeeze the juice...

Aplay some oil in scalp and hair (do not use this juice without aplay oil)

Aplay this juice scalp and hair...
. Wait 10 minute wash with plane water...

We feel wet hair may be fizzy and rough
But after drying hair we look awesome

Use atleast one time we can see the result

We can use this in 6 day routine first 3 days..
