Welcome to my thoughts on growing out my greys, society, my own opening up on "getting older" and our views on the aged and aging. What causes the so called midlife crisis? Can we as women, move through midlife and NOT go through some form of a "crisis"???

I'm thinking we can, IF we shed some of the beliefs we hold about ourselves, beauty it's connection to our "value".
