This weeks tour has a home from each of the four cities in Palos Verdes. A couple new ones in lower Lunada Bay which were very close to the schools. A nice fixer in Valmonte on Via Solano, and a very well done upgraded home on Bluemound in Rolling Hills Estates. I was impressed with the view on 83 Crest and think that the 1 Quail Ridge Rd is a great value for behind the gates and a gorgeous well upgraded home.

"It was really easy for me to show visitors the peninsula and entertain them with the numerous attributes and specialties the hill has to offer," he said after showing a prospective buyer a few Palos Verdes homes. "Many people have no idea that a PV oasis exists, and I know a lot of the hidden secrets that keep this place special." Jason has received a Certified International Property Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors® and is expanding his business to International markets.
