Swedish almond cake / homemade IKEA almond cake / gluten-free / super delicious almond buttercream

Today I serve a Swedish almond cake with delicious almond buttercream. It is gluten-free since no flour is required. The cake is fast and easy to prepare and tastes better than the frozen version. You have to try it.

8 egg whites
1 pinch of salt

150 g soft butter

200 g cream

130 g sugar
