Tordrillo Mountain Alaska Via Ferrata

1 year ago I had never even heard of a via Ferrata. It literally means an iron path which is setup for climbing a mountain. After my buddy Chris informed me that one existed in Alaska, I immediately put it on my bucket list.

The via Ferrata is almost exclusively used by a Tordrillo Mountain Lodge with helicopters and they can land on the ridgetop near the start of the via Ferrata. The only access option for a wheel plane was to land on the glacier. Due to the glacier landing requirement for access, it is almost inaccessible for a wheel plane.
