UberEats Unable to Go Online - My UberEats app is Blocked

I had 2 orders in the last couple of weeks that I couldn't deliver because I couldn't contact the customer to confirm the delivery address.And day after this happened I saw that my UberEats account was suspended I was unable to go online. The message was
''Your account has been flagged due to an unusual pattern of deliveries canceled after pick-up ''
Please contact support about your account.
But It wasn't my fault because I tried to contact the customer I've tried to call them I send them a message and send them 7 min notification that I have arrived but all without response.
