Ginni Rometty, Chairman, President, and CEO of IBM
Ginni Rometty, CEO of IBM, discusses the challenges of leading a 107 year-old company, the impact that AI will have on our society, and why you should have a purpose and a passion for what you do. “Being a CEO was never a goal for me. Some people think it needs to be a specific life-long goal – that you really have to want it. I don’t subscribe to that school. Just keep doing what it is you love to do, and that will open doors.”
