After more than 200 days, there still isn't a second stimulus check to help millions of Americans who have lost jobs since the pandemic. The House and Senate are still at odds with specific provisions in the bill that has led to this delay. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) joins Shep Smith to discuss the stalemate in Washington.
