Sen. Booker reflects on breaking segregationist senator's record

Sen. Cory Booker joins Ari Melber to reflect on beating Sen. Strom Thurmond's record for longest speech on the Senate floor. Thurmond's previous record was 24 hours and 18 minutes, speaking in opposition to The Civil Rights Act of 1957. Booker spoke for 25 hours and 5 minutes to protest the Trump administration.
