Taken from inside John Buxton's Barry Rail Centre on June 14th, 2018 we await the arrival of 47746 with the steam special from Paddington via Cardiff. Within the 90-minute time slot, the loco receives coal and water at the bottom of the yard and the coaching stock its water on the line to the Island. Later we visit Mike Pearce in the workshop with 5539 and 6686; work in progress.
