This is the first time I have ever worn a 24-hour Holter monitor...or any monitor apart from an ECG! So I thought, why not film it?
I have absolutely no idea what’s going on with my health hence why I’m not disclosing much information I don’t want to spread misinformation about symptoms or diagnoses etc, just want to show y’all what I got up to during a 24-hour ECG!
