2022 Bathurst 1000 - Raw Sound

Nothing but pure raw sound from Thursday to Sunday at the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000 which was the final round of the 2021 Repco Supercars Championship. This year was probably one of the wettest race weekends I've ever experienced in my life. The whole place was a mud pit! Gumboots were like gold that weekend.

On Thursday I was filming from Murray's Corner, Pit Straight and Hell Corner. Friday I was filming from the top of the mountain, but mostly McPhillimy. Saturday I was filming from the bottom of the Chase (worst spot ever). Sunday I was filing from Murray's Corner.

Unfortunately due to the huge amounts of rain that occurred on Saturday, the top ten shootout was abandoned, and the grid was set based on Friday's qualifying results.

The support categories this weekend included Porsche Carrera Cup, V8 SuperUtes, Toyota 86's, and Dunlop Super2 and Super3.
