The Dalai Lama on #HappinessInAction

What is it that each of us can do to make the world a happier place? Earlier this month, we met the Dalai Lama at his residence in India. We were part of a group audience of at least a hundred people, and we weren't sure we'd get a chance to ask His Holiness the one question we hoped to ask. In the end, we did get our chance. And this is what he had to say about taking concrete action to contribute to global happy—and how doing so will even improve our health!

We are currently in the Himalayas, helping a dentist achieve his #HappinessIdea to teach preventive care by distributing 1,070 biodegradable toothbrushes! Our next project is to help an African immigrant to America change the conversation about race in America.
