Join plant-based Development Chef Suzy Smith and Dr Paul Kroon as they discuss plant-based foods which are good sources of iron and what other factors in our diet affect how much iron we absorb. They compare the nutrition of a tomato and spinach dahl and an Italian bean soup with walnut pesto, in terms of iron intake and iron absorption.
