Ukraine Crisis: 'You are not our enemy', Biden tells Russian people

US President Joe Biden has called on Vladimir Putin to step back from the brink of war, as he sent a message of peace to the Russian people.

Speaking from the White House, President Biden said an invasion of Ukraine remains a distinct possibility and warned the US "will rally the world to oppose its aggression" if this were to happen.

This came as the President of Russia accused Ukraine of "genocide" in the Donbas region.
