Guatapé is a small town about 50 miles from Medellín in Antioquia, Colombia. It is famous for it's colourful houses and for El Peñol de Guatapé, a gigantic boulder next to a beautiful lake. Almost all tourists who visit Medellín travel to Guatape as well.
