You Need To Go Outside Even When It's Cold

There's not much that's worse than being stuck inside all day long. Humans need to get outside and humans need exercise! It's not enough to just get outside and it's not enough to just exercise indoors. Although something is better than nothing, it's better to move outside in the real world!

As usual, this video features one of my annoying, but original, songs. I wrote and performed the song and I took the video while on a little hike in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range.
