A $200 iPhone!?

There is a last minute rumor that Apple could be introducing its lowest cost iPhone ever by keeping around the iPhone SE in the lineup and lowering its price point by as much as $200. This would be the lowest cost iPhone that Apple has ever released and it would be the first iPhone that competes at the low end of the market against a huge range of budget android devices, but can it succeed?
