In this project we build a real FP&A sales dashboard from scratch and then do the actual analysis: not just building the report, but interrogating it. Claude reads the data and surfaces what the dashboard alone can't show — a $1.9M lost customer behind one rep's decline, bakery margin erosion driven by an 11.6% jump in ingredient costs, and the specific products dragging down gross profit.
