14-min Toned Arms & Cardio HIIT Workout
This HIIT workout will get those arms burning and feeling toned. All you need is a teatowel or pillowcase for a bit of resistance. This workout is safe for pregnancy (as long as you've been cleared by your doctor), and also suited 3-4 months postpartum after you have worked on core and pelvic floor recovery.
