I have worked with buyers who kept spreadsheets comparing as many as ten homes. Every day they update their list and rank the homes they are considering.

They compare price, updates, condition, location, layout, and the emotional connection they feel when they see the home online.

When homes are compared side by side one usually rises to the top while the others quietly fall behind.

If a home loses the comparison it is usually because of three things.

The price
The exposure
Or the presentation of the home online
