An Unnecessary Continuation of How Not to Carry Out an Amphibious Assault in the 18th Century
At the end of my first video on this topic I mentioned that there remained plenty of errors to warrant another series of rants and rambles, should such a thing be desired. Well, for an inexplicable reason, the last video seems to have been enjoyed, and so here we are. Another set of just under 20 minutes of me complaining about how horrid this scene is. The funny thing is, that this video was originally meant to be around eleven minutes much like its predecessor. Except I had to actually cut out a lot of material that I wanted to discuss in this one!
In this video, I end up discussing (among other topics), the use of swivel-guns by boat crews in naval actions, the differences between a Doglock and a traditional Flintlock, and very briefly the construction of fortifications in the 18th Century.
