STUDY TIME: 50 mins
MINI BREAK: 10 mins
LONG BREAK: 30 mins (every second session)
I take 30 mins break every 2nd session as my brain can only focus 2 hours at a time.
Why I livestream myself studying: I live stream my study session to motivate myself and others. I also get quite lonely while I study so I am hoping we can keep each other company with my chatty break.
Calendar: As I am a medical student, it is difficult to have a calendar I can stick to as the pandemic is affecting my degree, so everything is last minute now. I update my study time daily on Instagram.
