Can Scissor Jack Lift Cement Walkway

I want to lift my walkway and level it. The walkway cracked and sunk due to a broken downspout drainpipe. It collapsed and crushed the pipe. I sent a galvanized pipe through to run sprinkler pipe under walkway. Then put two 90degree 1/4” thick steel bars around the galvanized pipe for added support. I used a couple pieces of flat metal on top of that to stabilize the jack. Then I jack up the walkway using an old scissor jack.
